Staff were attentive throughout my stay.

My room had a strong chemical odor. The shower had mold that was never cleaned . I also faced issues with receiving proper towels despite multiple requests. They always arrived smelling strange and unusable.

Great location but cleanliness needs attention

The location was fantastic, right across from La Isla Mall and close to downtown. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The towels had a strange smell despite multiple complaints, and the bathroom conditions were not acceptable. It's a decent place, but I wish they focused more on hygiene.

Single traveler's delight!

The hotel staff were super cute and lovely. My room was pristine and the bed was very nice! I couldn't believe how well I slept. I also couldn't stop raving about the burger and chips, it was a highlight for sure! Just a tip though, some of the breakfast items were a bit unexpected, like what I thought was mincemeat one morning, but honestly, it was still nice to try something different!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the quality, it was still acceptable.

It was just a commendable fit for a mini-break over the weekend in Merida with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff were friendly and cute, making check-in easy and quick.

I recently stayed for 10 nights and absolutely loved the pristine room and the super comfy bed! The burger and chips were a highlight, although the breakfast options might surprise some. I'd stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us, with a quiet area and a shopping plaza right across the street. We loved that we could easily walk to the mall and explore the shops. The staff at this hotel were attentive and always available to help, even late at night. We felt well taken care of during our entire stay.

This hotel offers a great location near a quiet shopping plaza, providing easy access to nearby attractions. the attentive staff members are always available to assist and offer professional service. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need. the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and varied, making it a great start for the day.

The hotel could improve its towels and bedding quality, as some guests had issues with strong smells.

Convenient Location, Cleanliness, and Comfortable Bed

The hotel's location was great, as it was near a shopping mall and other tourist attractions. The cleanliness of the place was superb, and the room had a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel also had excellent amenities, such as a gym and a rooftop training program.

Despite the positive aspects, there were significant drawbacks that made my stay an unpleasant experience. the lack of soundproofing was a major issue.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed some positive aspects of the hotel. the first one was the two facts offered, which were helpful. the key location facts were convenient for my plans during my stay. Another advantage I enjoyed was the comfortable bed that allowed me to get a good night's sleep.

One of them was the lack of sound insulation in the rooms, which made it difficult for me to sleep in.
